You may choose UPS Ground Service (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) during the checkout process. Please note that UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. When these services are not offered or are impractical based on the destination or the size/weight/contents of the parcel being shipped, we will use the Most Practical Means. Orders are shipped from Patchogue, New York within 24 hours with most being delivered within 2-6 business days. Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated by weight, destination and shipping carrier. Carrier choices and their rates are displayed when items are added to your shopping cart. Warranties: Most product warranties are offered directly by the manufacturer but our goal is to handle most issues quickly and efficiently for you so you don't have to deal with them. Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any unused and unopened items to us for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange. We will even refund your shipping cost and return postage if we made a shipping mistake. All returns must be in as-received, unused and unopened condition, in the original manufacturers packaging with any existing factory seals intact. Items that may arrive damaged due to shipping must be reported within 24hrs of receipt so we can deal with the shipper. To effect a return, please email us at returns@bestgroomingtools.com and include the order number, date, item number, and reason for return. Please also specify whether you would like an exchange or refund. We'll reply with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. This RA number should be displayed on the outside of the returned parcel to help us process your request and we won't be able to accept parcels without it. Please include a copy or the original invoice. You may want to insure your return as we are not responsible for damaged or lost parcels. Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only and not include any shipping charges (unless we made a shipping mistake). Items that have been used are not returnable for exchange, credit or refund due to sanitation and the personal nature of these items. We will of course take back any item that is a manufacturing defect.
