Uses Gillette® Fusion™ Blade System
Muehle-Pinsel uses only genuine Gillette® Fusion™ razor heads for their products, which they refinish and nickel plate to match with their razors. With genuine Gillete® mechanisms you can be assured perfect compatibility with Fusion™ blade system and many years of trouble free use. Most of the other companies use cheaper knock-offs, made in China, instead of the Gillette® mechanism. The knock-offs are a different design and will not perform well over time.
The Fusion™ system comprises 5, closely configured blades which evenly distribute force to reduce shaving pressure and improve comfort. A flexible comfort guard lifts the beard to further enhance the closeness of the shave. A green lubrastrip containing Vitamin E and Aloe promotes optimal shaving conditions and gradually fades as the lubrication diminishes with time.
Using the same briar wood material as is found in many top-of-the-line tobacco pipes, the handle on this razor combines elegance and extremely durability. This Briar Burl is from the Mediterranean region and is highly polished and varnished to show off these great razors. Presented in a fine quality hinged presentation box.
